Cancellation Policy
I value my time and reserve appointments specifically for each client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may result in being restricted from booking future appointments.
Cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable and are not transferable to future services. These fees compensate for time reserved and lost opportunities to rebook the appointment.

I take pride in my work and want every client to leave feeling confident and happy with their service.
Because of the time, products, and expertise involved, all services are non-refundable once rendered.
If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment so we can discuss it. While I may follow up after your appointment to discuss your satisfaction with the results, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to bring forward any concerns within the stated timeframe.
I’m always open to reviewing the service and, depending on the situation, may offer a complimentary or discounted adjustment within 10 days of the original appointment.
Requests for adjustments made after 72 hours fall outside of the standard adjustment window and will be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion. Additional fees may apply.
Adjustments are intended to address the original service and do not include changes of mind, new inspiration, or preferences that were not discussed during the consultation.
If I do not hear from you within the stated timeframe, the service will be considered accepted and complete.
Deposits and appointment fees are non-refundable and are applied toward your service.
By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge and accept all salon policies, including service adjustments, cancellations, and no refunds.
